Cori (the "Service") is operated by Click Tap Technologies LLC dba QuortexAI ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Cori is a text-message-based assistant that helps you remember and show up for the people in your life — birthdays, occasions, gift ideas, and appreciation. The Service is provided over SMS and may use artificial intelligence to generate responses.
You are responsible for the content you send to Cori, including information about other people. You represent that you have the right to share any such information. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you.

Cori may be offered free of charge, with paid tiers, or with usage-based charges. Pricing will be disclosed before any charge is incurred.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICK TAP TECHNOLOGIES LLC, QUORTEXAI, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
